Delete your ToyPop workshop.

You can request account deletion by email, even if you have uninstalled ToyPop or cannot sign in. Parents or guardians can also contact us about their child's workshop.

What to include

If possible, email from the address linked to your workshop. Otherwise include your ToyPop player ID or linked email, if you know it, so we can identify the account.
Say that you want your ToyPop account and associated game data permanently deleted. If you are a parent or guardian making the request, say so.
We will verify ownership or authority before deletion and explain any further information needed. If you cannot access the linked email, tell us; do not reinstall the app just to submit a request.

Do not email passwords, verification codes, recovery codes, payment-card details or identity documents. Support does not need these to receive your request.

We will reply when your request has been completed. Deletion cannot be undone.

What account deletion removes

Deletion removes the guest or linked cloud account and its associated workshop, including saved board and inventory, virtual balances, customer orders, toy collection, assembly and preparation progress, profile, preferences and account-linked game-event progress.

The deletion process also requests deletion of the associated RevenueCat purchase-customer profile. In-app deletion clears the saved game copies on the current device. Other devices may retain offline copies; remove ToyPop from those devices to erase their local copies.

Limited records that may remain

Purchase and refund references can remain without their former game-account association to prevent duplicate rewards and refund abuse. Account-detached race results may remain to preserve other players' standings. A deletion-status record can retain completion information and an unpredictable request digest without an account ID or email.

Service-provider backups and security records follow their applicable retention processes. These retained records are not used to restore a deleted workshop. Ask support if you need information about the handling of your request.

Store purchases and refunds

Apple and Google keep their own store transaction records. Deleting a ToyPop account does not request a refund or cancel a store transaction. Use the store's refund and account controls for those requests.

Delete inside ToyPop

Open Settings → Save & Recover Game → Delete Account…. Read the explanation and choose Permanently Delete My Account. If a request is interrupted, return to Check & Finish Deletion.

Coins, Gems, toys and unused consumables in the deleted workshop will be lost. Eligible permanent purchases can be restored through the original app store.
