ToyPop Terms of Use

The rules for your workshop, virtual items, purchases and getting help.

Effective 21 October 2026

Using ToyPop

ToyPop is operated by David Yerushalmi. Public App Store and Google Play availability is still being prepared. These terms apply when you use an authorized ToyPop build; this page does not announce a public launch.

ToyPop is intended for all ages, including children. Store content ratings and local eligibility rules still apply. A parent or guardian should supervise a child’s use and manage purchases and account requests where appropriate. These terms do not replace parental consent or other rights required by law.

Use the game lawfully. Do not impersonate another player, interfere with the service, access another person’s account without permission, or obtain rewards through fraud or unauthorized changes to the game.

Your workshop and recovery

Your workshop contains saved game progress, resources and items. An internet connection is needed for cloud gameplay, verified rewards and purchases. Features and events can depend on game progress and the service being available.

You can begin as a guest without giving an email address. Email linking and recovery may be unavailable in your version. If you already linked a workshop and can sign in, keep that access secure and do not share sign-in codes. Losing an unlinked guest session can make recovery difficult. Contact support before clearing or uninstalling the app if you need help preserving progress.

Where recovery is available, it opens the workshop associated with that account; it does not combine two different workshops. Review account-switching and deletion confirmations carefully.

Virtual items and store purchases

Optional store offers, when available, include consumable Gem and Energy packs and the one-time permanent Sticker VIP unlock. Sticker VIP does not automatically renew and is not a recurring subscription. Its reward trail still requires game progress and the applicable reward claims.

Apple or Google displays the actual product, regional price, currency and applicable purchase terms in store checkout. Check those details before approving a purchase. Children should have the store account holder’s permission and a parent or guardian manage purchases.

Coins, Gems, Energy, toys and other virtual rewards are for use within ToyPop. They have no cash value or cash-redemption right and cannot be transferred between separate workshops.

Purchase delivery depends on verification. If a completed store payment has not appeared, reconnect and allow the game to finish syncing, then contact support with the product and store order reference. Do not email payment-card details.

Use Restore Purchases with the original store account for eligible permanent access such as Sticker VIP. Restoring does not create another copy of consumable resources already delivered or spent. Recovering the linked workshop restores access to its saved balances.

Store purchases and refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s applicable terms and consumer law. A verified refund can remove the corresponding access. Deleting a ToyPop account is separate from requesting a store refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Random rewards and online features

Surprise Balls and some game rewards have randomized virtual outcomes. Review the possible toys, chances and offer rules shown in the game before spending resources. Chances can depend on the collection state or stated offer rules, and duplicates can occur. A possible reward is not a promise of a particular outcome.

Online races and challenges use virtual game rewards and do not award cash prizes. Online features can show generated racer aliases, preset avatars, scores and rankings. Share collection pictures or links only with destinations you choose; recipients may keep their own copies. Avoid sharing personal information.

Service changes and availability

ToyPop can receive updates, fixes and maintenance. Network or service interruptions may affect online features. If a problem affects progress or a purchase, contact support so it can be investigated.

Material changes to these terms will be dated here, with additional notice or agreement where required. Any applicable statutory rights continue to apply.

Privacy requests, deletion and support

For support, privacy questions or a parent request, email , call +972 50 944 5593, or write to David Yerushalmi, Dolev 14, Harish 3761429, Israel. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details or unnecessary information about a child.

You may request account and workshop deletion through the game’s account controls or the account-deletion help page. Deletion can permanently remove saved progress and unused consumables. Read the confirmation before proceeding. A support reference helps locate a workshop; it does not itself prove ownership or authorize a change.

On iOS, Apple’s standard licensed application agreement applies where Apple supplies it. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
